Lawson-Burke Structural Engineers, LLC has extensive experience in the structural assessment and evaluation of both new and existing buildings. Throughout Orange County, we are contacted by owners, contractors and real estate professionals, who have concerns regarding structural aspects of their buildings or grounds.

We provide a review of your available documents, as well as onsite evaluation of your as-constructed structures. After reviewing the documents and evaluating the results of the onsite assessment, we provide either an oral or a written report of our findings, as needed. This report provides our insights into your project, the structural problems found, and recommendations for resolution.
